Teams on V. 0.72

sorrry, but my english is not the best because I come from Germany,

When it will be give teams (National Teams and normal Teams)?
And how will function this Converter? I cant take a file to convert on that machine. It' s a fantastic game but without teams?

you will find more teams in the Database section of this forum.
You don't need to use the converter.
